As we near the Thanksgiving holiday, I've been seeing a lot of 'Days of Thankfulness' from my friends on Facebook. Each day leading up to Thanksgiving they all make a post saying what they are thankful for on that day.
What if we were to all start that with our kids? If nothing else, it'd be a neat way to see what kids are thankful for, what truly matters to them, what is viewed as important, through their eyes.
It's something simple, it's something easy, its something meaningful to do with your kids. So as this most Thankful holiday approaches, start a new tradition, and show them what it means to be Thankful. . .for the big things, and the little!
